Vinnie with Bill Evans U.S. Tour???

so after the numbednes in my ears dissipated after hearing Bill Evans play for the first time last Friday and Sunday (second time) at Catalina with Vital Information, i decided to strike a conversation with Bill...

I thought it was good idea to ditch the "so whenever you need a REAL drummer give me a call" line (a joke of course) when he told me that he just finished his funk/soul/r&b album with vinnie, who he referred to as a MuthaF!#@$ (in context, means an awesome drummer), and that he will be taking the band tentatively on a U.S. (SF, LA, NY) and European tour later on this year...keep an eye out..

just thought some might appreciate this info...

Bill Evans is fantastic (The "Petite Blonde" recording is one of my favourites of all time).
I would never miss this, if he came to Europe with Vinnie!
